We have only a couple employees and I have the forms already printed out from QBooks.Do I need to buy perforated paper just for this or can I cut and separate the paper?

It's your option. I use QBooks for my clients as well but I buy the packet from Office Depost with blank W2's so they look a bit better but either way works.

As long as the employee knows where to cut it, it is fine if it is on plain paper.

It does not have to be on perforated paper.
