Download IRS Form 4506-T and request an account transcript.

No email. Mail in the form or even better, take it personally to an IRS service center.

The support email does not work for accounts. Fax in 4506-T or go in person to an IRS walk in office.

Sorry no email.

For various reasons the online automated 'get transcript' service doesn't work for everyone, especially if you are a first time filer.

Either fax in form 4506 t

or if you need your transcript 'now' - visit your local irs service center. Here is a link to locate your local office by zip code.

You can try this phone to order a transcript; but if the automated online service won't work for you, I doubt the automated phone number will either.

If you are not a first time tax filer -- *could* be a glitch -- try again in a few hours..

Good Luck

"the website won't give me one electronically " then either you are doing it wrong, doing it fraudulently, or its down for technical reasons and will be functional tomorrow.

There is no support e-mail. The IRS has a strict policy prohibiting its employees from communicating by e-mail with taxpayers. You have to communicate by U.S. mail, by fax machine, or by telephone.

No, the IRS does not operate e-mail You will need to call or go into an IRS office.

if you have a problem with the application on the web site, phone or electronically, file one manually and it will be fulfilled
