How long until I get money on my Turbo Tax card AFTER the IRS has made the deposit?

The IRS says they deposited my refund on 2/6/12 but here it is two days later and my card balance is still zero. Clearly the problem is with Turbo Tax and not the IRS. I tried calling their "customer support" but I only get a recording saying everyone is busy and call back later...but they are always busy later too. Does anyone know how long it takes Turbo Tax to post the refund to the Turbo Tax card once the IRS has made the deposit?

it takes some or most banking institutions businesses 2 days to post it to your account maybe more but you should get it the same day call and ask to make sure or call treasury if necessary

This has been an ongoing procedure. I filed a million/17, common. expected refund a million/26. did not get it. instructed it replaced into in simple terms "sitting there" via the IRS. Then on 2/9 no longer some thing. at the same time as depending on the IRS web site, it also gave me reference code 1121. I then spoke of as the IRS. They defined some laptop glitch and the finest minute congress deal of passing a bill of a few kind. They instructed me it will be yet another 2 - 4 weeks. perhaps 2/9 or 2/16. desire I helped!
