Heres how to figure out. If you are had your tax refund dd to your account and think your stimulus should also be but isnt there. Check where your tax refund was dd from. If it doesnt say IRS or something to that effect you WILL indeed be getting a paper check. Any questions, I'd be glad to help.

All these people on here saying they haven't received their rebates have kinda been worrying me. I'm not due to get mine til next week. SSN 35. But it makes me a little scared about not receiving on time. Are all these people that didn't get it by direct deposit seriously that "in the dark" about how and when it will be direct deposit or paper check?? Or is the IRS behind?

I guess what I am asking is...are they on schedule?? Or are people really this confused??

I'm with you, I actually filed around February 21. The IRS took my tax payment out of my bank account on February 25. I was scheduled to receive my DD today, but nothing yet. I know if you have preparation fees taken from your refund, you will end up getting a paper check later, but I used free file, owed tax, and had IRS take it directly from my account.

We had to pay but we paid through DD and when I checked my bank (IRS DES:USATAXPYMT) took it out of our account. So will we get our rebate check DD by next week for our last two SSN is 43?

I'm a twelve for SSN, and it is 1:15pm for me. I am suppose to have DD also.

In less than 1 hour, I am going to have to go borrow money from a check cash location to pay my rent. Because I screwed up a little last month.

I still haven't seen my rebate check and I believe i have all the qualifications too.

And to the person above me about being worried, I tell you this, So am I. I have yet to see anyone mention about getting their check yet.

I expect a paper check anyway. Unfortunately us poor folks who owe didn't have the option of doing the Direct Deposit.

I called the IRS 2 times and was told that it dod not matter. That as long as it was DD (PERIOD) that you will get it the same way as you filed......

Edit: I DID inform both agents that I used H & R Block AND that I allowed THEM to take the fee's out of my refund. I reafirmed that it came from H&R's bank first. They BOTH informed me that it did not matter! I then called my companys CPA lawyer, my H&R Block agent and a friend, and I was told THE SAME THING.

The fact is that noone really knows until you get the check in your hand. One way or another,

I am due to get mine today, but I haven't yet. Wtf, right? My account doesn't show anything pending, either. It's very frustrating.
